In today's busy world, it is not always easy to find quality time with your children. Working moms and dads the head every morning and go home at night with dozens of chores to accomplish. I have first hand knowledge of this dilemma as a mother who was a student, accountant, and teachers. workdays are long, and sometimes it is much easier to ask a child to watch television or play with toys than taking the initiative to find an activity we can do together. It is also fair to say that some of us may need help to find activities that we can share with our children. find activities that challenge your children to use their imaginations, explore their world, and strengthen their relationships with parents is my goal. As an educator, I can tell you that in several weeks during the school year begins, it will be heart broken to hear the children say they have "nothing" during the summer. Although sometimes I think it may be a more exaggerated from the child, I also understand that some children spend literally all their time away from school sitting in front of a TV or on their bed. I understand what it's like not having money to take vacations or spend your big day at the public pool, but I have found over the years that my children can have as much fun at home. When we take a vacation or make special plans, it is a very special moment, but throughout the life of my children, we spent time creating special memories that will stay with them forever. Some of the activities that I will propose you remember from childhood. Perhaps, like me, you had a mother at home and it only makes since that it would be easier for her to do these things it will be for you. I remember the days when it just was not enough time, but I know now that we can create when we need. dinner purchase the freezer section at your supermarket can be a way to give you time to spend with your child. Sometimes those of us who own homes can usually keep having to throw the gauntlet and have some fun. Your child may have two or ten, but I defy you to find at least two activities on the following maps that will entertain your child and put a smile on his face.

Art Activities /:

Create an art center for your child

Need:

Hardcopy

Pencils

Washable Markers

Pencils (you know if your toddler can manage these)

Instructions:

Take the basket of art supplies in place.

Encourage the child to take the basket

where you designate as its location art. This may

be a little table of their own, a kitchen table, bar,

or a hard surface floor. Children can use these

supplies to create images, maps, books, and many

things that we will not think, but they will.
