Sona Medspa Please help. Sona MEDSPA owes me a full refund of services, but they are avoiding me!? I recently purchased several packages of laser hair removal and pre-paid for them (total $ 6,800 divided between 2 credit cards). When I went for my first treatment, they said they could not treat me because I have a history of lupus of the skin and they would need a note from my doctor. They apologized that they forgot to discuss during the consultation. My doctor sent a note of disapproval of the proceedings at this time, while Sona MEDSPA told me that I am eligible for a refund. Contact your credit card company immediately and dispute the charges. Tell them that you have not received services that were promised by the charges. They hold the money in abeyance and contact the company for you. If they can not prove that the services were provided then the credit card company will refund your credit card.
