Razor Charger

Recently, my razor charger Shorter Out I have a Razor V3 Phone with a BR 50 of the battery. The phone died last night and I try to connect to the charger and it activates, but the second it gets to the phone screen turns off what do I do?

This also happens in my laptop that I do I leave it for a time from 3 to 4 hours, then load it again without the SIM card so you do not find a network and does not turn off
