Razor Cell Phone

Razor Cell PhoneI drive a 2001 BMW 330ci and I lost my cell phone razor in the air vents under the seat. How do I get out?

While driving my BMW 330ci 01, my Motorola Razor phone fell from my pocket and ended up behind the seat. When I got to my destination, the phone was gone. I guess he was gone in one of the openings under the seat while I was driving. When I look in the vents, I do not see the phone. When I called, I hear and feel it vibrate. Does anyone know an easy way to get the phone without tearing the car apart? Appreciated, Thanks!

U should take the car to the dealership and they could probably get the phone from his seat.

It depends how deep it went in.

You can pack a flask of double-sided foam-tape to the end of a thin flexible rod ... I use a gooseneck BBQ lighter than I am, but if you do not have something like this, see if you can get a small piece of metal and bend it into shape. The razor is not magnetic, then a magnetic pickup tool does not work.

The other way is to find a steep slope (I mean San Francisco steep) ... and try to slide the phone ....

... Or if you have a mouse highly qualified pet ... (Just kidding).

Anyway, next time ... 2 Stick toothpicks into the right rug before the fireplace, to act as guard ...

Unfortunately, you need to remove the driver seat and carpet before entering the pipe. You might try fishing with a hanger, but can not grow in the system.

The alternative would be to obtain a powerful Shop-Vac and an empty paper towel roll. Insert the roll of paper towel over the tip of the nozzle Shop-Vac and seal using masks or tape. Rather flatten the other end of the tube so that you can insert it into the canal and turn the vacuum on the tube gently glue inside the pipe. If you hear the telephone socket, pull it slowly.

Go to a dealer to ask them to do it for you just to be safe

you must remove the seat and take the wind out, unless you have a real skinny arms, or attempt to fish it with a tool used for extracting the screws and other small objects out of hard to reach areas ( go to an auto parts store and get one) good luck
