well .. im .. sry but I do not live in Chicago .. but perhaps I can help .. I know you asked for laser hair removal .. but you can also try wax .. bleeching withdrawal .. Veet hair (its a bit like a lotion that you wash after three minutes) but it works pretty well ... and there is always shaving ... sry i cannot be more helpful .. but I thought maybe I could give a wack at it .. success
