whats the cheapest and best method of hair removal for women?

As far as I know, electrolysis and laser are the only truly permanent hair removal options. I tried electrolysis first. It took many many painful treatments, and hair was not gone yet! I do not even have much hair to begin! When I tried laser, it worked much better. It has its own measure of pain, but it really does remove and keep hair away for most. It requires much less treatment, and I am satisfied with the result. I'm not sure if the long-term effects of treatment are known, so I do not want to tell anyone to run out and that this be done, but I will say that it removed the hair very well. Costs vary from one place to another. I think electrolysis is less expensive, but when you think you have to go back and back and back and back ....... it starts to become much more expensive (and it hurts! Ouch!)
Waxing is a good option too, because it is not too expensive and you can simply have done from time to time.
