Ingrown Leg Hair

How can you get rid of ingrown hairs leg?? and do you moisturize your legs makes the hair thicker leg less visible? see, I like the freckles on my weird leg, where my hair. This will get rid of them? all the recommended products? because we all know how we feel uncomfortable when others begin to look at our leg hair ^ ^ please help thank you ~!
