Ingrown Hair Remedy

I know it's serious. I've had for years and it continues to grow and I am ready to say goodbye. Can I put warts or something else that will help to burn? I guess the skin has increased over the hair? it hurts a little when I try to press and sometimes it itches

There is a product called Tendskin u can get that works well enough to remove ingrown hairs, hope this helps:)
