While genetics plays a role in hair bleaches and hair loss, less understood is improper hair hygiene, which may also contribute to hair loss.

- Do you have dandruff?
- Or are red scaly patches or acne on your scalp?
- Have too dry or oily hair?
- Itching of the scalp?
- Eczema or psoriasis on your head?
- The front or face fat?

These are all signs that the scalp needs attention before further damage is done. Without realizing it, you can contribute to your own hair thinning or loss.

The sebaceous glands in the follicle secrete sebum hair, a type of oil in healthy hair which makes hair look shiny and feel. But what can happen often if you sweat, but do not clean the hair and scalp, then oil becomes waxy and dry quickly. Over time you get an accumulation of layers of slowly dried sebum which stifles the hair follicle until new hair can not make its way through the follicle and can literally suffocate and you have thinning and complete loss of hair .

The good news however is that you can reverse some of the damage and prevent future problems.

2. Eat healthy fats like olive oil, flaxseed oil or hemp oil. These oils are good for hair health and have important omega-3 and omega-6. When someone tells you to eat a diet low in fat, they should really tell you is to give saturated fats.

3. When cleaning the scalp, do not use harsh soaps as they can aggravate the problem. You want to get rid of the accumulation, but not dry scalp and hair. sweet citrus shampoo can clean and remove wax build without stripping your hair of healthy oils.

4. When you have a good shampoo cleaning, massaging the scalp with it for a few minutes, then leave the shampoo on your head for a few minutes to ensure you capture the layers and dissolve hardened debris.

5. When you have conditioned your scalp and you do not have any of the symptoms listed above, you can start using a topical solution to stimulate hair growth. This may be herbal or drugs.

6. For those who have permanent hair loss, transplantation may be the only option. However, there are men who can wear the bald look with confidence and look great. It depends on what you want.

In short, if you are a man or woman who is experiencing hair loss, it is recommended that you consult a professional for a diagnosis, get educated on the health of hair and learn to take responsibility and to return once the head of beautiful hair.
