Hair Cream

Is there a type of cream that you can put on the hair to make it disappear ....? I have hair on my upper lip is darker, I shave ... EQ I use when I want to go (no beard) and it does not help more. Any ideas without bleaching or waxing?

theres a product of Sally's being done to it, let you take 5 minutes and wipe. You can find it at Rite Aid or Wal-Mart, Meijers, etc. it works, you can use it for eyebrows too.
