I think to buy this item on e-bay as I have a lot of trouble with facial hair. I am on a budget and do Tigh profesionally done is expensive. Has anyone used this product. Please let me know iFit works.

I bought one off eBay last year and it did not work for me. I tried to use it on my arm and it took forever to burn a single hair and it sorta hurt because the laser got really hot on my skin before the hair burnt: (
