Dread Wax

I tried to grow dreads twists help, I've had them about 2 months with wax, her extreme pain, wash it, and he showed no improvement in the squeeze. So Im wondering if I can use anything to help them grow. Also, can I use salt water?

Salt water is really good for your hair (but with your hair type you do not want to over dry your hair and cause breakage at the tip)
to support this, instead of the wax, use aloe vera pure (100% w / o this shit other members)
this will keep your hair smooth and even moistend hair back and wash easily.

The wax is a pain in the ass. I suggest you use a cream or gel replacement. I use a product called Bio Gel Twist Lock and myself. With most of the gels / creams, it gives you a decent blocking power and greatly reduces the accumulation you will find washing.
