Colour Remover

I had light blond hair now dyed black with semi permanent dye, can I use bleach to remove it? then put a blonde dye on it? or is there another way?

I used a bleach to get the black out of my hair. (Her naturally blonde / red). It .. work, but my hair was orange-ish and I had to bleach a few times to make it fair. Once you do .. your hair can not have good color. And more than likely, it will be frozen (gelatin, but not great .. feeling gross and difficult to brush off easily.)
