Best Razor

I Need Help! I use razors cheaply to my face, but it still looks like I have a mustache, after I shave! Even when I get a new shaver, you can still see the black on the top of my lip. What is the best shaver with the best shave off my face as usual?

Gillette Mach 3 is great! My husband uses it ... it's a razor for men, but I use it as well ... You should try ... blades are a bit expensive but well worth it =)
