Best Body Hair Trimmer

I play tennis academic school and my legs are hairy like a dog .. lol but my coach told me I should get a trimmer body and cut it if I run faster .. it myself confused as to how this would help since it isn't swimming but I will listen to my coach and do it, I only got 20bucks Where can I find something to cut the hair down my leg at low prices?

I use a clipper for pets Wal-Mart in the pet supplies section. I'm not even kidding.
