I am a pre op transsexual, and I wanted to know if I get a shave trachea, or in other words a reduction Adams apple, my voice gets a little lighter?

No, the tracheal shave not make any difference to your voice.

I think you're confused "tracheal shave" by "approximation of the vocal cords, a surgical procedure designed to shorten the vocal cords to produce a higher degree.
It is a very controversial procedure; the desired effect is realized in less than 20% of cases and in most cases it does not affect long-term, and in some it is actually the voice worse.

If you really want to improve your voice, there's really only one reliable method, speech therapy, and lots of practice.
